A Chelsea player has been described as ‘lethal’ and one of the ‘most clinical’ finishers in the Premier League right now behind Erling Haaland of Manchester City.
I think it’s impossible to argue with that as well right now. Haaland is a crazy finisher and any club in the world would absolutely love to have him leading the line.

But Cole Palmer is certainly on top of the world right now and his finishing is devastating He literally scored four goals in the first half of Chelsea’s win over Brighton in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon – that was incredible.
Palmer just goes from amazing to incredible game by game, and he just backs himself to score every time he goes out on to that pitch. Sometimes he has so much confidence in his own ability that he does not even celebrate scoring a goal much!
Hargreaves raves about Palmer
Former England midfielder Owen Hargreaves is the latest pundit to rave about Palmer and the season he is having.
In words cited by Blue Footy this weekend, Hargreaves has been speaking about Palmer’s incredible free kick goal against Brighton.
He says:
“In terms of finishing, this is insane (free-kick goal). He shouldn’t score from there. Top bins. He barely even celebrates. I think he is one of the most clinical finishers in the Premier League. I think it’s Erling Haaland, then it’s him. In front of the goal, he is lethal.”
He’s spot on, although Haaland, watch your back!
