Enzo Maresca told price Chelsea need to pay to bring him another former player

Enzo Maresca has been told the price that his club Chelsea would have to pay if they are to bring him in another one of his former players.

There is a lot being debated about this one right now, and it’s a bit of a sour subject amongst the Chelsea fan base.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea pick main candidate for new full back transfer pursuit!

In yesterday’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United, it was goalkeeper Robert Sanchez who was under the microscope yet again after giving away a silly penalty in a goal that was close to losing them the game.

Sanchez has been under fire a lot late and collectively, I have seen Chelsea fans want him sold and replaced. But Maresca has continued to defend his goalkeeper in public comments. Even still though, Chelsea are being linked with a new stopper.

Chelsea could go for Hermansen

Hermansen has been good

Maresca already got Chelsea to sign one of his former midfielders in the shape of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, and he might lean on them to bring him another one of his former Leicester City players as well.

Foxes of Leicester are reporting that, according to a report from journalist Ben Jacobs, Leicester City has no plan to sell Mads Hermansen in mid-season, despite Enzo Maresca wishing to sign him for Chelsea. In fact, a minimum £35m bid would be required for the Foxes to even open their mouths.

In his own words, Jacobs said: “Leicester have no plans to lose Mads Hermansen mid-season. It would likely take £35m+ to change that.”

To be honest, I can see these links growing as time goes on and the more Sanchez puts in terrible performances at Chelsea. They wont be able to go on without replacing him at this rate, and naturally Hermansen is going to be looked at as he was good under Maresca at Leicester City.
