Chelsea are now expected to reach back out to a world class striker after securing Champions League qualification.
The big news comes after Chelsea finally secured their qualification to play Champions League football next season on the final day of the Premier League season yesterday.

The Blues had to win this game to secure it, and they managed a 1-0 away win against Nottingham Forest to provide scenes of celebrations amongst the Blues players and staff yesterday evening. And in by doing this, Chelsea also set a brand new record in football!
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca was so pleased with making the Champions League that he took the opportunity to swear at all of his critics across the season by telling them all to F off!!
Blues want a striker
It’s very well known now that Chelsea are going to be in the market to sign a new striker in the summer transfer window.
And now they have qualified for the Champions League for next season, they should have a much better choice of options for the new 9. Also the financial rewards of the UCL will help.
Osimhen still on the agenda
According to Chelsea writer Simon Phillips who has just put out a big update on his Substack site, Chelsea could still move back in for Victor Osimhen this summer.
Phillips says:
‘Striker is the priority, but it’s been reiterated to our SPTC sources that it is even more likely now with UCL football that the club could bring in two new strikers.
‘Chelsea are now likely to reach back out to Victor Osimhen to see what the situation is there. That deal is not dead.’
Chelsea FC needs world class striker if they can sign ekitike with rodrygo and two centers back one of them Hato that give cucu some rest and Rudiger or Hancho to strengthen the team . And to sign experience quality center midfield to help the young groups of players in midfield plus get a solid goal keeper . Imagine Chelsea FC will play a lot of games , they need solid squad to help the team moving in the right direction and to win trophies . Acheampong and Anselmino should start playing for more minutes. They should play in premier league too to develop them . It will be tough to compete in UCL and of CWcup . Chelsea need to sign a top striker and play a 4-4-2 system with two strikers.Right of midfield Cole and Pedro and in the middle Caicedio and Hernandez. Require two new centrebacks with Cucu as left back and maybe use James as right back.
Goalkeeper is OK..
