Chelsea were 4th favourites to make the top 4 this season, and despite a rollercoaster campaign so far, they remain there.
Betting on the Premier League football matches is popular around the globe, but especially in the Far East and South East Asian, but anyone betting on the Blues’ final league position, whether they’re using operators offering premier league betting in Japan or anywhere else in the world, will see the same thing – Chelsea’s odds to make the Champions League places wavered a little after their struggles, but didn’t change much.
Clearly the bookies backed what manager Enzo Maresca said – it was red cards and injuries that really set us back, and we can expect better results in the months to come, all being well.
Chelsea odds hold steady despite teething problems

While fans and pundits swing extremely from one angle to another, the cold hard numbers stay the same. The Blues are probably not as good as Liverpool, Arsenal or Man City, but are better than Tottenham, Aston Villa and Man U.
That’s what the odds said before the season, and that’s what they still say now. A few wobbles here and there won’t change that.
To make things better, Chelsea have a really good game to come back to after the international break. Nottingham Forest are winless in 7 games under new manager Ange Postecoglou and are sinking without trace to the bottom of the table.
Usually we suffer in games after the international break, especially a Saturday early kick off. But this time things feel different. We’ve got an unusually small number of players called up, and should welcome back a whole group of players in time for the Forest game.
Even if Cole Palmer isn’t quite ready, the rest of the returning group should give a major boost.
Chelsea can make October a special month
Unlike most breaks, we should come back stronger afterwards, not weaker. Considering the opposition, we’ve got to be heavy favourites. Even better, we follow that with a home game against Sunderland.
They’ve been really impressive this season, but as Manchester United showed last week, they are still a limited team and we should be looking to beat them pretty comfortably.
Two wins from two after the break and we should be setting ourselves up really nicely for November and December, undoing a shaky start. Winnable games against Qarabag and Ajax in the Champions League plus Wolves in the EFL Cup mean we could turn October into a decisive month for us in the league.
