Arsenal have agreed an £8 million fee with Chelsea to sign David Luiz on a 2-year deal.
As reported by The BBC’s David Ornstein, Luiz will today join Chelsea’s London rivals.

In dramatic events that unfolded yesterday, The Brazilian trained away from the rest of the group, as he had his head elsewhere according to The Telegraph.
Luiz has only just signed a new 2-year contract with Chelsea, with the club going against their one-year only policy for over 30s.
This does at least mean the club can demand a fee for the defender, albeit it rather low, should these reports be true.
Chelsea were expected to be one of the less dramatic clubs during today’s English transfer deadline day. However, Luiz looks to have changed that in an instant.
One would believe that the player will now just need to agree personal terms with Arsenal, for the deal to then be announced before today’s 5pm deadline.
