CHELSEA LEAD AGAINST TOTTENHAM!
The Blues have had a solid start against Tottenham, and just as the tide was turning against us we’ve got a goal.
It came from Olivier Giroud, who has been brought out of the freezer for this game, and after he had one attempt blocked, he used his left foot to smash the ball home.
After weeks of watching strikers fluff chances it’s a blessed relief. We pray we can go on and get a couple more now – we can’t handle the tension of a one goal lead with this defence.
Still, the game should play into our hands now, and we can congest the midfield and slow things down if we need.
